My Journey
My journey started with Hellenistic astrology in 2016. Eventually I found my way to Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) in 2019 with Freedom Cole and passed 'The Science of Light Level One' course.
I study within the Sri Acyutananda lineage from Orissa, India strongly rooted in the traditional texts of Parāśara. I am currently studying Science of Light Level Two and a student of the five year Jaimini Scholar Sutra Program; an intensive teaching of the Upadesha Sutras of Maharishi Jaimini.
Within the Sri Acyutananda lineage It is taught with great importance to focus on the divinity inside ourselves and others. Before giving a consultation to a person, first see the light in their heart. Then begin the reading; after recognizing the divinity in them.

Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) is an ancient body of knowledge from India, practiced for thousands of years. Not only is it the study of heavenly bodies in correlation with earthly events- it is medicine, quantum physics, the study of heavenly spheres. I’ve been lucky enough to learn through a lineage of this distilled knowledge.
'Jyoti' means light in Sanskrit and is thought of as the guiding light on our path. Within my readings I focus on Natal Astrology. This is the analysis of someones individual horoscope from the moment they were born, looking at the relative planetary positions at the time of birth and translating what that means in terms of past, present and future.

A truly beautiful component to Vedic Astrology are the remedial measures. The introduction of remedies is a beautiful thing to be able to utilize and help someone with. When looking at a persons horoscope, not only can I see the challenging areas of their life in the areas of finance, career, relationships, purpose, family troubles, what have you, this karma does show up in the horoscope but I can look at different ways of opening the door so that we can work on pacifying or working towards pacifying this energy in their life and how its showing up.
