Hello
I'm an Artist, Yoga Teacher and Astrologer. Having practiced Ashtanga while growing up, I later discovered the transformative power of kundalini yoga and was inspired to become a certified kundalini and vinyasa yoga instructor in 2017. For years, I studied yogic philosophy and Helenistic Astrology independently of each other. In 2019 began a love affair with Vedic Astrology in which the two are intrinsically linked. I hold a certificate in Astrological Studies from Kepler College, continue intensive studies in Traditional Vedic astrology within the Sri Acyutananda lineage from Orissa, India and recently started studying the 5 year Jaimini Sutra Scholar Program (of the same lineage).


My Approach
I am passionate about helping others heal. I believe everyone has the power, answers and ability within themselves I am here to empower you with tools, translate how life is manifesting, what time is unfolding, and what is available at any time so you can be present (not resist) and live your highest fulfilment.
I’ve always been interested in the mind-body connection. As a child I practiced figure skating, kung-fu and ashtanga yoga eager to move my body. Movement was the first connection I had to being present. In this 'flow-state' I connected to truth, self-love, possibility, beauty, a safe space give my emotions expression. My path has brought me to Vedic Astrology, Yoga (Meditation, Pranayama, Mantra, Asana) Psychology, Behavioural Science, and Ayurveda.
I have immense appreciation for these practices ability to change our lives, understand what is within and without us.

Yoga; Pranayama, Asana, Mantra, Meditation fosters top down (mental) and bottom up (body) modalities to help self-regulate and live life from a place of empowerment, satisfaction, gratitude and able-ness. This helps us feel safe socially & emotionally we become able to handle difficult situations because our tolerance gets stronger. Our window that we view life from changes, altering our bodily responses, which can save us from disease and illness.
I make the choice to choose love everyday accessible and an option for others. Sometimes we have trouble seeing the forest from the trees, with the variety of tools I have learned give insightful observations, translations, remedies, and practices that allow others to soften into love and fulfilment. I approach all my readings with gratitude, compassion, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard. The light in us is in everyone.
